Hot Wing Chxn Dip

**NOTE** Can be prepared in the microwave if needed, prepare as instructed, and cook for 6 minutes in a microwave-safe dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cans of cooked chicken or 1lb. of cooked chicken
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese for the dip and 1/2 cup for topping
- 1/2 cup wing sauce or favorite hot sauce
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola crumbles (bleu cheese if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 celery stalk, sliced on a bias for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
- Combine ranch dressing, cheese crumbles, and hot sauce in a medium-sized bowl
- Add cheeses and mix until combined
- Add the chicken and mix thoroughly combined
- Grease an oven-proof dish and pour the mixture in
- Top with half-cup of cheese
- Bake for 20 mins
- Remove from oven (be careful it's HOT!!!) and garnish with celery and splashes of sauce
